Dear Nocturne Readers!

Can you believe it? I keep saying I'm not a paranormal writer! And up until now I haven't been. Not really. Sure, I've had some fairly out-there heroes... Like the 200-year old cursed pirate, Tyree St. James, in my Sept '04 SIM (Silhouette Intimate Moments) GHOST OF A CHANCE. Or his dead partner Sully, who will be transmigrating in Feb '07 into the body of the local fire chief in my upcoming SIM, THE FORBIDDEN ENCHANTMENT.

Oh. And did I mention the alien? Yeah, from outer space. Carch Sunstryker will be landing in WRITTEN IN THE STARS (tent title) sometime in late 2007 or early 2008.

Anyway, these guys are all very fun and edgy (not to mention hunky!), but not truly paranormal. Just a little...yeah. Weird.

NIGHT MISCHIEF however, takes the plunge into the moody, twisty world of the genuinely dark and sexy that is Nocturne. Our hero is one very bad boy. In fact, he's a demon. Literally. Pretending to be an incubus, in order to seduce our heroine. How could he get any darker or sexier?

I am having a blast writing this book, letting out all the stops. All of them. Do you know about my alter-ego Nikita Black? Well, a little of her is slipping into this one...if you know what I mean. Yikes. Will my editor approve my final manuscript? Who knows. This is category, after all. Stay tuned to find out!
