HAUNTED Stats

This book is #1 in the WITCH HUNT series

Hero: David, mortal

Heroine: Ariel Coooper — witch who can see ghosts

Dear Readers,

I'm thrilled to be writing for Silhouette's new paranormal line.   My fascination with the supernatural began on my birthday one dark, stormy Halloween night, when, if my brother Tony is to be believed, a witch left me on our parents' doorstep.   While my only special ability is an overactive imagination, the heroines in my 3-book Witch Hunt series for Nocturne have far more compelling gifts.   In Haunted, Ariel Cooper can see the ghosts of those who have recently died.   She considers her ability a curse because it has only brought her pain and rejection.   But when someone begins a witch hunt, killing off her relatives, Ariel has to accept and utilize her ability to save herself and the sisters, maybe from the man she loves. Unlike Ariel and her sisters, I don't consider my gift a curse, not even when I can't sleep nights for coming up with new plots and scenes. I hope you enjoy the Witch Hunt series!

Thanks!

Lisa Childs
