Express Scripts is one of the largest pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies in North America.  My primary role as an Information Systems Manager was to manage a staff of 20 direct reports consisting of systems developers, DBAs, and quality assurance analysts in migrating a new clients system into Express Scripts system.  My teams primary role was to ensure the quality of the migration.  In addition to this, I was also involved with looking at the processes within Information Systems and ways to improve the process by rolling out CMMI.  My responsibilities included:
