For many years, members of the military community at Fort Snelling, alongside many civilian firms, veterans and military support organizations, and the U.S. Veterans Administration has co-sponsored a weekend of exhibits, displays, and opportunities for you to meet and talk with those Citizen-servicemembers helping to defend our nation.

Why do we hold these Expos each year? What do we get out of it?

More than 3000 people joined us on Armed Forces Day weekend (May 16-17) during 2008 as we opened our gates, doors and equipment for you to explore; and offer you the opportunity to show your care and appreciation for all we do!!

This year is a special year for the Army Reserve as we celebrate our Centennial Year of service to our communities and our nation. There were special activities during the Expo in connection with our observance of our 100th year of service to the Nation.
